What does the Wholistic Health App® do?

The app provides a streamlined way to (1) complete assessments and receive results instantly, (2) develop health plans based on markers outside a healthy range, (3) track progress and develop healthy habits, and (4) collaborate with health professionals on health plans.

Who uses the app?

(1) Individuals that want to improve their overall health, (2) professionals with clients that want to improve their overall health, and (3) organizations that work with patients in behavioral health, mental health, or addiction programs. We plan to expand our app to medical organizations soon. Stay tuned.

How do I create an account?

Sign up is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Download the Wholistic Health App® (Look for our “Connect the Dot” logo).
  2. Download a Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) App.

We recommend Authy if you’re signing up on a mobile device because you will not be able to take a picture of the QR code. Instead, you will copy a code that is 50 characters long and put it in the app. If you sign up on a different device, many other MFAs will do (e.g. Duo). This step increases security for your account.

  3. Finish Your Settings (as desired).
How is information protected?

Outside of improved outcomes, one of our priorities is safeguarding your information. This means a lot to us, so the Wholistic Health App® is HIPAA compliant, secure, and encrypted.

How much does the app cost for individuals?

Individuals can complete the Wholistic Health Assessment © and receive their results for free. You are then able to create a health plan based on your results which is $10 per year. We also share coupons (10% - 100% off) during events and certain months (e.g. Mental Health Month) which are shared in our newsletter.

How much does the app cost for professionals or organizations?

Health plans are calculated at $10 per client or patient. On average, insurance companies reimburse $160 for an initial assessment, $100 for an initial treatment planning session, and $100 for ongoing progress sessions, equating to an average of $360 reimbursement for each client / patient (36x higher), significantly covering the cost of the app. For professionals that only accept self-pay, the $10 cost can be added to the client’s bill if economically necessary. If the client is working with a professional they do not pay for the app on their end. Another one of our priorities is providing health professionals with efficient and effective tools to improve outcomes, so in every decision and design we have the professional in mind.
