10 Hour Time Restricted Eating Improves High Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Cholesterol
Study Summary
This study tracked 137 San Diego firefighters who used an app to track their diet for three months. Half ate meals within a 10-hour window, the other half within a 14-hour window. Workers with high blood pressure, blood sugar, or cholesterol had significant reductions when eating within a 10 hour timeframe. There were no adverse effects reported from the time restrictions.
